M. Night Shalamabad's THE PIECE OF CRAP

The Happening was THE worst movie I have ever seen in my life. Poorly executed on every level. Makes "Lady in the Water" look like a masterpiece.

Oh man, it looks awful, I've already spoilt it for myself on aintitcool and I don't usually want to waste money on shit films but I'm planned to go see it just to see how much of a trainwreck it is. Totally unredeemable? I like the look of these gory suicides out of nowhere.

I actually pretty much went to see it for the same reasons. In that way, it certainly did NOT disappoint. Thankfully, it's only about 90 minutes long. But here are some things to look for:

-Unnecessary use of speakerphone and video iPhones.
-Piss poor CGI in special effects.
-Disaffected and characterless acting from everyone in the movie.
- Just completely asinine dialog for morons eg.
WOMAN A: He's resilient isn't he?
WOMAN B: Yes, he never gives up.
-Absolutely, NO subplot and ridiculously superficial regular plot.

have fun!

I am surprised they still give M. Night money to make movies. They are all bad. I liked Unbreakable so-so, but only because of Samuel L.

This got me. At first I thought I had missed the subplot/twist - then realised it just wasn't there.

It had one redeeming feature for me though. My g/f suggested it, so I got an apology kiss at the end :P

BTW: Love Bellen BoxBrown.

Hey, I actually kinda liked it. Well, some parts of it.

Remember when Wahlberg talked to the plastic houseplant? Good times...
