I like lemon meringue pie. Wow, I spelled meringue correctly on the first try... I didn't expect that.

Earlier this year when I visited Canada I picked up a box of instant pie crust. You can't get shortening in Korea, and my experiments in piemaking without it have always failed... as my wife said, it was apple pile instead of apple pie. No idea what kind of pie I'm going to make with it yet.

I think I kinda go for the classics, which seem to be apple and cherry.
There's definitely not enough pie in my life though.

i'm a little meh on pie. warm fruit is questionable. i will not stand for compote. key lime is rad, though. apple pie can be decent, but there are too many desserts ahead of it for it to ever really be a viable option. i do like chicken pot pie, though.

cherry pie is pretty awesome. Although Marks & Spencers used to do this amazing strawberry pie... alas it is no more.
